Card Sent to Beane River View

This card was sent to Beane River View from the family of a resident who unfortunately passed away. We know how hard end of life care is and we’re proud of our staff for providing it to such a high standard, as well as the amazing care they give prior to this, The card reads: ‘Dear Alison We would like to thank you for the kind care and attention given to… [she] moved to Beane River in May 2014 after being in another home for 2 years. We feel that this was the right choice as all her needs were cared for. We would especially like to pass on to you how grateful we are to your staff who showed kindness and compassion towards [her] during her end of life care. She always looked comfortable and well cared for with no signs of any pain or discomfort. When visiting [her] there was often a member of staff sitting talking to her or holding her hand in those last few days. They are wonderful carers who showed kindness and compassion… Please pass on our grateful thanks…’
