Cupcake Day at Jubilee Court

As part of National Care Home Open Day, Jubilee Court opened its doors to raise money for The Alzheimer’s Society by taking part in their Cupcake Morning. Over forty residents came down to sample the goodies with family members and friends, raising £30 for The Alzheimer’s Society! They were joined for the day by Chair of the Board, David Priseman, who came along to support the home and help out serving tea and cakes!
