Dear All at Pinewood Lodge,

I want to send my deep appreciation to all the staff in Pinewood Lodge who cared for my late Mother - Doreen.  Anytime I visited her from Ireland it was very clear she was well cared for and happy there.  All the staff were friendly and cheerful. It meant a great deal to me knowing my Mother was content in Pinewood Lodge.  Please convey my thanks to all the staff.
