On Tuesday 21st March the Mayor of Hertford, Councillor Susan Barber joined residents, staff and families at Beane River View to officially open their new café.

The cold weather has really set in, now is the time to wrap up warm and enjoy a lovely hot chocolate with cream, marshmallows, and even a cheeky biscuit… so that is just what they did at Beane River View in Hertford!
