We believe that for our teams to really enjoy their role and to consequently provide the best possible care to our residents, it’s essential that they have the necessary skills, confidence and support - that’s why we take our training and support programme very seriously.

As soon as they begin their career at Quantum Care, our colleagues are provided with a comprehensive induction programme, which equips them with all the underpinning skills and knowledge they need to do their job well. We then have an on-going programme of training and development to help them keep their skills up to date, as well as providing them with a real opportunity to develop a successful career in the social care sector.

We actively support all staff to undertake a range of qualifications to develop their skills, and have our own in-house assessment centre using workplace based assessors. We also offer a wide range of other vocational qualifications which are accessed via partnerships with external assessment centres. These range from first level care skills to management development training.

And for those working closely with individuals living with dementia, we leave no stone unturned. Ongoing, specialised training, including externally accredited qualifications, ensures our teams are equipped with the knowledge and expertise needed to provide the highest standard of care.
