Home Receptionist roles at Quantum Care
As a Home Receptionist, you will be creating a welcoming and organized environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will serve as the first point of contact for anyone entering the care home, whether in person or over the phone, greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism, offering assistance, information, and direction as needed. Additionally, you will be managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries, ensuring that all communication is managed efficiently.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing resident records, processing paperwork, coordinating deliveries and mail, and working closely with other staff members to relay important messages, ensuring that residents' needs are addressed promptly.
