As a Hospitality Manager, your role is multifaceted, blending the principles of hospitality with the specialised needs of the residents. At its core, you will ensure that the living environment within the care home is welcoming, comfortable, and conducive to the well-being of the residents. This entails overseeing not only the physical facilities but also the quality of services provided, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and recreational activities.

Additionally, you will act as a liaison between residents, their families, and the care team, ensuring that individual preferences and needs are understood and met to enhance the overall experience of living in the home.
