The role of a Deputy Home Manager is integral to the smooth functioning of the home and the delivery of high-quality care. You work closely with the Home Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all aspects of care provision meet regulatory standards and residents' needs.
In addition to operational duties, you will have a key role in staff management and development. You may assist in recruitment, training, and performance management, fostering a skilled and compassionate care team dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of the residents.
Moreover, you will be serving as a point of contact for residents, families, and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and advocating for residents' rights and preferences.
