Dukeminster Court in Dunstable took a few of their lovely ladies to Mecca bingo, they all had a lovely time but sadly didn’t win. Better luck next time!

Happy Valentine's Day! At Dukeminster Court in Dunstable, Queens Care Team Manager Kirsty wanted to do a “Valentine Breakfast” as she is leaving on Friday, so they decorated their units and had a fab morning, with lots to eat and messages on balloons for loved ones.

Dukeminster Court in Dunstable had 6th former students from Weatherfield School come to do cake decorating with the residents and learn about dementia. Weatherfield is a school for children with learning difficulties. They all really enjoyed it and are planning another visit.

Resident Lol at Dukeminster Court in Dunstable was so pleased to receive his Veteran medal - congratulations to him and thank you for your service.  

On Friday 17^th January, Dukeminster Court Care Home in Dunstable were delighted to host a visit from local MP Mr Andrew Selous.

Dukeminster Court in Dunstable had another visit from Jamie the singer, all the residents loved him, it was a great afternoon!

Chantry Primary School came to Dukeminster Court in Dunstable to do some Christmas cards with the residents. Resident David read them a story, and one little girl did a lovely card for resident Pam saying “I love you Pam”, Pam got a bit choked up and had a tear in her eye.

They love a game of darts at Dukeminster Court in Dunstable!  Resident Clive's family made a magnetic dart board for Grove Unit, it has proved very popular with the residents, even with some that don't usually join in!  

Staff and residents at Dukeminster Court in Dunstable cooked their own meal on Market Cross unit. They all really enjoyed making a delicious chicken lasagne with salad, they also baked some scrummy cakes for pudding!
