Residents and relatives all enjoyed another afternoon tea party at Providence Court! The event was held in the day centre, fully decorated for St George’s Day.

Residents at Providence Court were joined by relatives for some delicious fish and chips! Care Team Manager Karla organised the event and said it was a huge success, one enjoyed by residents and relatives alike!

Providence Court celebrated Mother’s Day with a wonderful afternoon tea with the families of their residents. The kitchen staff, along with one of the care team managers Amanda, were in high demand as they supplied plenty of delicious cakes for their guests!

This letter was sent to Providence Court from the family of a resident who, sadly, passed away while with them. Upsetting as this is, it’s lovely to see how much of a difference you all made during her time at Providence Court.

If two awards weren’t enough, we have yet another awards ceremony tonight for team Quantum! Claudia Boanca of Providence Court in Baldock will be attending the Hertfordshire Care Awards after being shortlisted as a finalist in the Newcomer category. The ceremony will take place this evening at Kne

We’re very happy to let you know that both Karen and Paul beat their personal bests in the Vitality 10k Run for the Alzheimer’s Society! It took a lot of hard work but the Alzheimer’s Society has been taking excellent care for our runners and they’re glad to help such a great cause.

Providence Court residents have been making Christmas cards to help fundraise for a mini bus. The cards are unique, pretty and have all been made with love.

Residents at Providence Court are enjoying a memory box experience built around women’s vintage clothing from the 50s and music from Frank Sinatra and the war years. The activity gives a lovely walk down memory lane and gives our residents a chance to reminisce on their favourite fashions.
