Residents at Meresworth in Rickmansworth love getting postcards from the #PostcardsOfKindness project!   Really lovely of people to think of the residents, and it makes them think of sending postcards from fondly-remembered holidays. #reminiscence

Heath House in Bushey Heath recently had a visit from Zoo Lab.  The residents enjoyed meeting the animals which included snails, rats and snakes!  @ZooLabUK 

Monday was "Cheese Lover's Day", so residents at Fosse House in St Albans celebrated the day by tasting a variety of cheeses. They had a "grate" time!

On Friday 17^th January, Dukeminster Court Care Home in Dunstable were delighted to host a visit from local MP Mr Andrew Selous.

Greenacres in Hatfield had volunteers from Eisai visit to join in with "Tea and memories" - playing games like "Who am I?" with famous faces, quizzes and a memory mat game. There is also lots of singing and tea and scones!

Another brilliant service held at Richard Cox House in Royston by the amazing Sister Patricia along with the other sisters from St Mary’s Catholic Church. Friends, families and Q club come along to enjoy her service, singing along and enjoyed a lovely tea and cake afterwards.

At Trefoil House in Luton they started the year off with a great exercise class. They warmed up and cooled down and had some great fun in between!  #mondaymotivation

At Belmont View in Hoddesdon, they helped Q Club Member Coral to celebrate her 91st birthday. Happy Birthday Coral! We all hope you had a lovely day.

During an intergenerational activity over the festive period, Zoolab came to Beane River View in Hertford and brought with them some cockroaches, snails, snakes, rats and a frog!
