We recently celebrated the 20 years of service at Elmhurst from Lynne from Housekeeping. She has always seen gone above and beyond to support the team and even with care. She loves her job at Elmhurst and said this is her second family.

Christmas is fast approaching, and all the homes are having fun decorating all their lounges ready for the festive season. Mayfair Lodge in Potters Bar had Zach and Katie decorating with a little bit of help from the residents – looking very sparkly!

For Carol’s karaoke morning at Jubilee Court in Stevenage, the ladies had a bit of a boogie to warm up before the main event!

Furry friends are always welcome visitors in our homes… Heath House in Bushey Heath welcomed Muffin the Bunny last week, the residents loved meeting them! #PetTherapy #AnimalTherapy

Greenacres in Hatfield have been learning about the Jewish festival of Hanukkah – they ate doughnuts and learned about sufganiyah which are round jelly doughnuts eaten in celebration of this time. They symbolise the oil lamps that are burned for eight nights in the Hanukkah story.

Fosse House in St Albans have been busy making adorable Santa hat decorations for the resident’s doors – what a fun and festive idea!

We all love a good pampering! At Elmhurst in Bishop’s Stortford, the residents had a lovely manicure – looking fabulous!
