Bit of #FridayFun at Dukeminster Court in Dunstable, this week they enjoyed some physical games with the ball and pool noodles as well as a bit of dancing! 

Pinewood Lodge in South Oxhey have been making and decorating Rice Krispie cakes to celebrate #NationalBakingWeek, a lot of fun was had by all!

This week at Beane River View in Hertford they have got the bean bags out for a little competition on Magnolia Unit. Stella and Faye enjoyed a bit of the Bean Bag game, good idea for a #WednesdayWorkout!

Today marks the final day of #NationalBakingWeek, which is nice as it is the Great British Bake Off tonight!  Willow Court in Harpenden were baking up a storm making walnut and banana cake, orange and lemon cake and cookies!  Yummy! 

Definitely in a spooky mood over at Elizabeth House in Welwyn Garden City.  The ladies have been getting ready by making some pumpkin lanterns, great work! 

Belmont View in Hoddesdon are continuing with their Residents of the Month project, this month is lovely Olga!  She has picked Morning Prayer for her activity and her meals that she wanted to share with the home are Caribbean Chicken, Fried Chicken Steak and Jamaican Ginger Cake – yummy!&nbs

We love hearing about the clever things our carers come up with to engage the residents in activities.  At Jubilee Court in Stevenage, Laura has invented a game called “Spot the spot”, where you spin the disc to select a colour, then you have to throw beanbags to hit the right spot – Florrie

Did you know it is National Baking Week? At Belmont View in Hoddesdon they made some tasty Rice Krispie Cakes this week - love the strawberries on top!  #NationalBakingWeek

Namaste Care is so popular with the residents, it promotes wellbeing by gently stimulating the senses, it is very relaxing and soothing.
