Today is Her Majesty The Queen’s official Birthday - Happy 94th Birthday from all of us at Quantum Care! Due to current restrictions, the Trooping the Colour event to mark this occasion will be much smaller than usual this year.

Despite National Fish and Chip Day being postponed today, we are pleased to bring you ‘Fourfields Chippy’ set up by activities care worker Leanne at Fourfields in Cheshunt. Residents enjoyed tucking into the fish and chips with a nice cold drink to wash it down.

This little pack of bears are called the “Trefoil Teds”, knitted for Trefoil House in Luton by Wendy, aren’t they adorable? Thanks Wendy!

Heathervale Lounge at Willow Court in Harpenden decided to have a “Best of British” day, with a sing-along to their favourite tunes, burger or fish and chip supper and a spot of ice cream for pudding!  

Our ‘crafty’ ladies at Jubilee Court in Stevenage thoroughly enjoyed exercising their fine motor skills by neatly winding these colourful letters to place on their doors. What a great idea!
