The residents of Trefoil House in Luton shared an unforgettable #NationalPizzaPartyDay celebration by making their own pizza. Buon appetito!

Our Learning and Development Team are running more Wellbeing workshops and Bereavement and Resilience Workshops to support our staff with their mental health. Wellbeing workshops will be on 3rd and 18th June, with 3 sessions on each day.

At Dukeminster Court in Dunstable, they are looking to raise funds to buy a Magic Table for their residents - this is an interactive table that allows residents to engage in cognitive, physical, sensory and social activities.

Bit of a physical exercise as #MondayMotivation – Vesta Lodge in St Albans got a fun new target game for the residents to play, it is trickier than it looks! They had a lot of fun trying to score some points.

Doll Therapy can be a powerful reminiscence experience for resident - they enjoy the experience of caring for a doll or soft toy animal, and often brings back memories of caring for others in their earlier life.

Eileen at Jubilee Court in Stevenage got a new rollator. She has loved the new found freedom, maybe a bit too much even, as she has been issued a speeding ticket and learner plates from carers Lauren and Michelle!

This week is Dementia Action Week! Belmont View in Hoddesdon did a cake sale, with Kitchen Manager Rupert donating a gateau and Care Team Manager Carla donating the doughnuts and cupcakes. They raised £57.97 for Dementia UK – well done team!
