Exciting plans for bonfire tonight at Mayfair Lodge, hop you all have something fun line up as well!!

A Halloween sing-along led by Danny la Rue with family and friends along at Mayfair Lodge went down a treat, and so did the themed goodies and snacks!

Residents’ grandchildren were invited into Mayfair Lodge to celebrate Grandparents Day. Residents were delighted to see everyone and enjoy a buffet lunch followed by some face painting for the little ones and some hand painting for the residents!

Every Wednesday, the ladies at Mayfair Lodge enjoy meeting for a knitting club. They come together for a chat, cup of tea and a bit of cake and work together to knit squares for a blanket.

Mayfair Lodge residents recently played host to some very special guests from the Paradise Wildlife Park! Everyone gathered in the sun lounge for a few refreshments before their visitors brought in three animals: a Turpin, Monty the Rabbit and a Bearded Dragon!

Mayfair Lodge hosted an Easter Egg hunt for the children of Mount Grace Primary School today!

Last week there were big celebrations at our Potters Bar care home as resident Gladys Davies marked a very special birthday! Gladys was born on September 15th 1910. She grew up in Highgate, North London, and worked as a Doctor’s secretary in London before marrying Arthur Davies.
