Tye Green Lodge has recently introduced Friday Breakfast Club; this is proving very popular with the residents. The breakfast choices includes fruit, yogurt, eggs benedict, croissants and of course a full English! #breakfastclub #tyegreenlodge

Tye Green took some of their residents to visit Southend! Di the Carer raced residents in their wheelchair through the Water fountains; they all loved it and didn’t even get wet! Everyone enjoyed tasty Fish and Chips by sea front. #bestfishandchips #ohidoliketobebesidetheseaside

Tye Green had a beautiful day for their Garden Party; they had a BBQ, drinks, stalls, homemade cakes, entertainment and much more! The residents loved the old fashioned Ice Cream Cart, that sold amazing Ice Cream!

The students from Passmores School came to Tye Green Lodge on their Community Day, they helped us to clear the raised beds and replant with flowers and scented plants. The garden is now full of colour, scents and nature.

Tye Green Lodge residents spent an afternoon at their local garden centre choosing plants for the home’s garden. They had a lovely time and now can’t wait to get planting!

An inspirational project tackling loneliness among older people and those living with dementia has moved into a care setting in Harlow.

Creative ageing charity Equal Arts has teamed up with Tye Green Lodge to bring its award-winning HenPower project to residents and staff.

There was a lot of excitement at Tye Green Lodge when residents and families heard that the baby Pygmy Goats and 3 day old chicks were coming to visit! When their adorable guests arrived, everyone was delighted to be able to hold and cuddle them!

Families were inviting along to Tye Green Lodge for Mothers’ Day for tea, coffee and cakes with their loved ones. The posh cups and saucers were brought out and the beautiful flower displays put on the tables for the special day!
