Nancy at Vesta Lodge in St Albans celebrated her 102^nd birthday this week!  Happy Birthday Nancy, hope you had a lovely day, what an amazing lady!

The ladies at Vesta Lodge in St Albans wanted to brighten up their coffee shop so spent Saturday morning painting ‘flower-plates’ to mount on the wall. What a lovely idea! #CreativeCommunities

<p><span style="font-size: 13.008px;">Crafts were the order of the day on Saturday at Vesta Lodge in St Albans.&nbsp; The residents enjoyed a bit of painting, creating some beautiful artworks, as well as some rock painting and decorating – great work!&nbsp;&nbsp;

Residents at Vesta Lodge in St Albans decided they wanted to try their hand at salt dough modelling. They had a lot of fun and have made lots of models now drying out, ready for painting.  Very creative!

For National Biscuit Day last Friday, residents at Vesta Lodge in St Albans enjoyed decorating biscuits with lots of icing, sprinkles and smarties.  They look fabulous, hope they taste as good as they look!  

We would like to send belated 70th Wedding Anniversary wishes to Irene at Vesta Lodge in St Albans for last weekend. Deputy Home Manager made this fantastic cake and she was delighted to see her daughter despite having to adhere to social distancing guidelines.  

The children from the school next door to Vesta Lodge in St Albans made a banner saying hello in different languages for the residents to see - very sweet and resourceful of them! #IntergenerationalWeek

Vesta Lodge in St Albans had a visit from Zoo Lab! They had a lovely time meeting a few of their creatures, looks like they were quite brave holding some of the insects and snakes!
