1940s evening at Fosse House

At Fosse House in St Albans they recently had a 1940s themed evening – Care Team Managers Sue and Emily made ration boxes for each resident, containing spam, corned beef and chicken spread sandwiches, scotch eggs, sausage rolls, swiss rolls, Battenberg, Victoria sponge and scones with jam. After their picnic they danced the night away!
