1st Harpenden Brownies at Willow Court in Harpenden

Willow Court were delighted this evening to welcome the 1st Harpenden Brownies to the Home. The Brownies (assisted by their Leaders and volunteers) visited to plant daffodil bulbs in the gardens for the residents to enjoy during the spring. After they had finished planting, they then joined residents in the lounge to sing an array of campfire songs. At the end of the evening they presented residents with a beautiful wall hanging they had made during their pack holiday in the summer in celebration of the 100th Birthday of the Brownies. The hanging will take pride of place in the reception, and will be enjoyed by residents and visitors alike.
