The 2024 Connaught Opera Performance at Knebworth House

Our annual opera, magnificently performed by the Connaught Opera, took place once again at the beautiful Knebworth House. Residents from many of our care homes attended the performance which consisted of a number of wonderful operatic songs and other musical arrangements.

The artists from the Connaught Opera (Glenn Wilson, Maria Arakie and pianist Nicholas Bosworth) treated our residents to a fantastic show which captivated the audience with a collection of beautiful songs, fabulous outfits and wonderful performances from Maria, Glenn and Nicholas. The audience was enthralled from start to finish and simply could not help but sing along.

We’re very grateful to the performers and especially to the Lytton Cobbold family who are the most gracious of hosts, kindly opening up their home to our residents.

It’s one of the highlights of our calendar and is thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.
