27 Cakes... 27 Chefs... 1 Winner!

As our bake off for Nutrition & Hydration Week is just over a month away we thought now would be a good time to give you a glimpse of what is to come! One of our contenders, hoping to win the competition, is our super chef Paul from our Willow Court Home. After chatting to Paul about the event I could feel his excitement. I have 5 years of experience working in a hospital and also have some experience working in restaurants. I was headhunted to work for Gordon Ramsay but I chose Quantum Care as I really wanted to make a difference! Which chef inspires you and why? I am inspired by the unnoticed chefs that make a real difference. How are you feeling about the bake off? I am a bit apprehensive as I have accepted the challenge, however, I am feeling confident. What will you cook? That’s a top secret. I don’t want to give my competitors the advantage of knowing what I am going to cook. Well we are sure it will be something fabulous Paul! Why do you think you could win the competition? I have my own cake business and have lots of experience making and decorating cakes.
