Apprenticeships at Quantum Care

National Apprenticeship Week is an annual week-long celebration of apprenticeships, bringing together businesses and apprentices across the country. This year the event takes place from 6th February to 12th February and the theme is Skills for Life which reflects on how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career.

Apprenticeships also help businesses across the contrary to develop a talented workforce that is equipped with the skills needed in modern working environments

At Quantum Care, we are very aware of the advantages that apprenticeships can bring to individuals and to the local community as well as to us as a not-for-profit company. We’re also keenly aware of the benefits that they bring to the residents in our care homes which is why we’ve been offering apprenticeships for many years.

An apprenticeship and a career in Social Care can be an incredibly rewarding experience and, for many, it becomes a life-long vocation.
