August 2011 Activities at Fosse House

Here are our activities for August. Sun flower Competition :  As our sun flowers continue to flourish they are beginning to flower so by the end of August we will be measuring them to see whose sun flower has grown the tallest! We shall be handing out a prize for the tallest grown. We are now looking forward to starting up a Fosse House knitting circle which we hope some of our lady and gentlemen residents will enjoy. We are holding another reminiscence day with a box from our local museum as it went down really well with our residents last time. On Sunday 21^st of August we will be holding another of our church services, including Holy Communion. We are looking at starting up a gentlemen’s afternoon club where beer and sporting videos will be available for members to enjoy. A real social event! We will be continuing our trips to the local lake, mini manicures and hand massages using products from Lush for both our lady and gentlemen residents, arts and crafts, board games and quizzes.
