A Big Thank You to all of the Staff at Fosse House and Willow Court

Dear Maria, I wanted to take the time to write to your organisation to thank you for the care and support your team at Fosse House and Willow court have given to my family. My Mother found she could no longer cope with looking after my Father at home and we decided to look for a care home near St Albans, where I live. My parents were fortunate in that they could afford to pay for this care and I visited lots of possible homes before selecting Fosse House. My choice was primarily centred on two factors, the ethos of the business (i.e. being not for profit) and most importantly the attitude of the care staff when I visited, which was great. A couple of years later, my Mother became unwell and had to move into Willow Court, where she stayed for a year or so until she sadly passed away with a heart attack. Her health had never been good and she had worn herself out looking after my Father, but was very happy at Willow Court. Sadly, my Father has now also passed away, but having spent six years visiting Fosse House every week and getting to know the staff, I can only congratulate you on the way that Quantum Care seems to put the residents at the centre of what they do. Looking after residents with Dementia is an incredibly difficult thing to do well and I have nothing but praise for the staff at Fosse House. Thank You. Yours Sincerely, Mr R
