Careworker from Providence Court achieves Diploma Success

Jane, who is from Providence Court in Baldock, has been working hard alongside her in-house Assessor Danielle Lenoir to achieve the qualification. She said she is really pleased to have successfully completed the award and that undertaking her Diploma has vastly improved her knowledge. She enjoyed working with Danielle as she greatly respected her experience as a care worker, and felt that she was always there to provide support and guidance when needed. Jane feels that they built up a great relationship, which has resulted in greater team work. Jane also said that she has received praise for the safe, competent care that she delivers, which has given her more confidence as a careworker. Congratulations go to both Jane and Danielle for their achievement.
