Caribbean Day at Fosse House

A taste of the Caribbean at Fosse House! Residents tried their hand at a selection of traditional past-times like Ludi, and enjoyed plenty of ginger beer with different Caribbean dishes including curried goat and crispy plantain. The atmosphere was set off with staff in fancy dress and residents had a fantastic time trying something new!
