Compliments for Greenacres

To Toni and all of the staff at Greenacres, Just to say how pleased we are that we chose Greenacres to look after 'Stan the Man' for, what turned out to be the last 4 months of his life. The care that you gave him, in all areas, was professional yet kind and caring, and with respect for him as a person. How you all continued to laugh at his Norman Wisdom jokes etc., hour after hour, day in day out, we will never know. His funeral was on Wednesday last week and enclosed is a copy of the order of service which we think might amuse you - he has made us all smile and that was what gave him the most pleasure in life. Thank you all for your kindness, care and consideration to him. The standards that you have set at Greenacres are high and we trust they will continue for all who follow in Stan's footsteps.
