Culture Day at Fosse House

For their Culture Day at Fosse House in St Albans, both day staff and night staff pulled together to cook Latvian, Jamaican, Indian, Romanian and Phillipino traditional cuisine. This was then enjoyed by many residents and lots of staff alongside a few relatives - looks wonderful!
