Dementia Talk at Pinewood Lodge, Watford

Pinewood Lodge are hosting a dementia talk on 6th June 2010 at 6:00pm for 7:00pm start. The talk will explain in everyday language what dementia is (and what it is not). It will explore some of the reasons dementia affects people in the way it does and look at what can be done to help offset the impact of the illness. We will also discuss how the home approaches working with people living with dementia and their families. Whether you have a relative in the home or not, you are most welcome to join us.
