Dementia Talk Testimonial

We regularly run public Dementia Talks at Quantum Care which aim to explain in everyday language what dementia is and how it might affect an individual's life. Our most recent talk took place at our Pinewood Lodge Care Home in Watford and we've received this lovely testimonial for the event and for Jo, one of our company trainers. Dear Quantum Staff, I would like to express our thanks for the very informative talk by Quantum Care company trainer Jo Barber at Pinewood Lodge which my husband and I attended last night. It helps that Quantum Care staff understand and appreciate how difficult it is for family and friends to cope with how stressful it can be visiting their loved ones and we will try to employ some of the simple ideas suggested. It is a 'journey' for all of us and would recommend that anyone with family/friends in dementia care take the opportunity to attend these talks.
