Fantatsic testimonial received for Jubilee Court in Stevenage

Dear Sirs, My Mother was admitted to Jubilee Court on 1/5/14 via QE11 after breaking her hip. The Care she received there was amazing, we cannot speak highly enough of all the staff we met. Her recuperation was handled diplomatically and sensitively. I highly praise the following staff: Julie Oakley-Reid, Kay, Sue, Syd the physio, Katherine the OT and Kittie to name but a few. Everyone we came into contact with was outstanding. Sadly my Mother passed away in her sleep in your care. this sadness was handled with great care and respect. Elderly care seems to get such a bad press and I first wanted to set the record straight, that I could not fault my mother's care and I highly recommend Quantum Care. Your sincerely Mrs C T
