Fosse House Home Gym

Fosse house are aiming to put together a gym for their residents and have been receiving a few donations to help out. Things took off though after a resident’s niece posted on a St Albans city life website. Within 24 hours an exercise bike was donated to the home! Her husband very kindly offered to take two members of staff, Keiran and Joe, to go and collect the bike from a very kind lady named Andrea. This led to them, in 30 degree heat, carrying the exercise bike down the stairs from a first floor flat to the back of the cab and back to Fosse! It was all worth it though when they get it set up and resident Eric gave it a test run of 4km in 12 minutes!! Next on the collection list is a cross trainer which has also been very generously donated by Fay Thomas!
