Fosse House's Mexican themed celebrations for National Care Home Open Day!

Mexican themed celebrations at local care home for National Care Home Open Day! This Friday 20th June it’s National Care Home Open Day, an opportunity for care homes across the country to open their doors to the public, connect residents with their local communities and change perceptions of care homes for good, and Fosse House in St Albans will be no exception! The local Quantum Care Home in Ermine Close will be holding a coffee morning and car wash from 10am – 2pm, all with a Mexican theme! The theme came about as care homes across the world will be taking part in a Mexican Wave on the day, starting in Australia, and making its way to the UK, before finishing in Brazil, and the team at Fosse House will be doing it in style with Mexican themed fancy dress! The staff look forward to welcoming the local community into the Home on the day – you can join them for the coffee morning, or have your car washed for £5, and all of the money raised will go towards the Home’s Amenities Fund.
