Gingerbread at Fosse House

One of the best Christmas scents is the aroma of freshly baked gingerbread… Residents at Fosse House in St Albans enjoyed a gingerbread making session, having fun with the cutters along the way, as well as mixing and rolling the dough and then cutting out their shapes.
