Harpenden Mayor opens new facilities at Willow Court!

[[{"type":"media","view_mode":"media_large","fid":"2443","attributes":{"class":"media-image aligncenter size-full wp-image-9766","typeof":"foaf:Image","style":"","width":"550","height":"441","title":"Willow 1","alt":""}}]] On Wednesday we were delighted to have the Harpenden Town Mayor Councillor Mary Maynard join residents and staff of Willow Court to officially open the Home’s new Best Friends Café and Q Club Day Centre. The Best Friends Café has been furnished and equipped to provide residents with a cafe environment in which to sit and chat with friends and family over tea, coffee and cake; and the new Q Club will provide Willow Court’s day guests with a modern and comfortable environment to spend time during their day at the Home. [[{"type":"media","view_mode":"media_large","fid":"2445","attributes":{"class":"media-image aligncenter size-full wp-image-9767","typeof":"foaf:Image","style":"","width":"550","height":"366","title":"Willow 3","alt":""}}]] Our Harpenden care home also recently welcomed 10 new additions to the Home – a collection of baby chicks which hatched over the Easter weekend much to the delight of the residents, staff and visiting family and friends, and so during their visit the Harpenden Mayor and Maria Ball, Quantum Care’s Chief Executive took the opportunity to see them.
