A Heartwarming Letter Sent to the Staff at Jubilee Court

These extracts were taken from a letter sent to the staff at Jubilee Court from a former resident and her son, to thank them for the incredible care they provided and all their help. This is a wonderful message that makes us very proud of our staff! The letter reads: ‘Dear Ms Oakley-Reid Letter of Appreciation I just felt that I had to write to you to say a big thank you on behalf of my mother and I… The staff, particularly ALL staff on Lily Lane were absolutely fantastic and instrumental in getting my mother back on her feet literally. Special thanks to the 2 physio therapists and ALL the other care/support workers who looked after my mother – too many to mention. From the moment one steps through the entrance door at Jubilee house and greeting by the friendly reception staff at the desk to the moment one arrives on the Lily Lane ward – providing a warm and welcoming, caring and homely atmosphere. During my mother’s stay – I visited her at Jubilee Court unannounced every day and sometimes twice daily on my days off. I found the assistance and care offered by your staff faultless – the atmosphere was always ward, homely, relaxed and professional. I noticed that the standard of care and quality of food offered at meal times was also first class. Thank you also for organising my mothers’ out-patients appointment…organising her transport and packed lunch during her stay – that was very thoughtful. I would like to finish off by once again sating thank you for providing an “outstanding” service which was very much appreciated – your staff are an asset to your organisation. I agree with your Company mission statement – “For care not profit” – If only other companies worked with this ethos.
