How our training has adapted

Quantum Care’s Learning and Development department adapted very quickly when our homes closed to all non-essential visitors in March. The team continued to deliver first-class training to all of our homes using various forms of media, with continual development training for existing staff and induction training for our new starters. Here is Deb delivering a virtual training session on infection control and PPE. Big shout out to our L&D department!
