At first I know my mum has always had some difficult times adjusting to new environments in the past, and that was the same for moving into Providence Court, but now she seems happy, comfortable and more content than I have seen her in the last 2 months, so thank you again, and all the staff. I have attended in many occasions when Claudia has been there, and she gives my mother lots of attention , comfort, cuddles and kisses. Now this may not seem much, but it seemed to have worked miracles, and I believe this has played a significant part in the improvements in my mother's condition, and wellbeing.
