Joe Wicks workout for Meresworth

It is important for our staff as well as residents to stay fit and active, so the staff at Meresworth in Rickmansworth decided to join in with Joe Wicks morning PE session.  It was a good workout for the carers and a bit of entertainment for the residents!  #mondaymotivation
