Jubilee Court Resident Receives Choir Award

Jubilee Court resident Hazel had a pleasant surprise when she went to watch the Stevenage Ladies Choir perform in their recent concert. Three seats were reserved at the front for her and her guests alongside Councillor John Lloyd who presented her with a life-long membership award after fifty years of loyal service. Hazel has been an active member all that time singing in many concerts both at home and abroad and has plenty of fond memories with the group! Hazel was delighted to receive her award and, although she longer performs with choir, activity coordinator Carol Nash makes sure she gets to hear them sing and meet her old friends!
