Letter of thanks for Pinewood Lodge

To all the staff of Pinewood lodge I am writing on behalf of all K's family and friends to thank you for the wonderful kindness and outstanding professionalism you showed towards K during his stay with you. We appreciate that at times he wasn't the easiest of patients to care for, but you did just that, you cared for him in the finest possible way. For this, we will be forever grateful to you all.
