Letter of Thanks for Tye Green Lodge

Dear Sir or madam, We feel we must write reference Mr E C of 94 years old and lived at Tye Green Lodge, Harlow, Essex. Mr C really enjoyed living at the home for about one year. The reason why we are writing this letter is to thank the staff for all their hard work, kindness always with a smile, it helped E to settle down and enjoy his stay at your home. It made it easier for us knowing that he was being looked after. When E died it was a shock but with their understanding and help, it made it possible to arrange and carry out all the necessary work we had to do. When we informed your staff of the funeral arrangements, many, many staff attended which was very touching and they really wanted to be there. We thank them for that.
