Letter of thanks for Willow Court

Dear Trish, I would like to thank you so very much, on behalf of my brothers, for the exceptional care she was given at Willow Court. It was such a kind, friendly, caring environment and I always felt that things did not stay static. If the layout of a communal room could be improved, it was done, if some new innovative idea was agreed it was carried out. It felt like a very creative atmosphere where everyone was doing their best to make the lives of the residents as pleasant as possible. As you know, I recommended my friend to send her mother to you. She was so impressed by Willow Court, after the far less caring environment of her mother's previous home and has been extremely grateful to me for finding you. Warm regards, AH
