"Dear Ms. Churchill, I would like to thank you for inviting me to attend the "Hawaiian Themed Garden Party" held on Wednesday 29th July to celebrate Mountbatten Lodge's 20th birthday. This indeed was a really wonderful occasion and both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, especially meeting some of the residents in the care home. We were very impressed with the level of care given to your clients and how they were dealt with by the carers.
