A lovely letter for The Mead

Dear Sir/Madam, I felt I had to write to you to tell you about your smashing staff and the wonderful care my Mother received from The Mead Borehamwood. She passed away last month having been at The Mead for almost 5 years. I live in Stoke on Trent but managed to visit her every 6 to 8 weeks; whenever I came unannounced she was always clean and fresh. Thanks again, please pass on my thanks to the Mead. M and Children
