A lovely letter for Pinewood Lodge

Dear Anita and Staff, An extra special 'thank you' with more appreciation than merely words convey to you Anita and your staff - especially those on Dove unit. You're among the nicest people we have known and we will never forget the kindness, patience and thoughtfulness you've shown to Mum and family since she came to Pinewood Lodge in 2012. Especially the palliative care she received in the past few weeks. She was treated with great dignity and love and we couldn't have wished for more during this very sad time. We are so pleased we chose Pinewood and you have given us peace of mind over the past three years that Mum was safe and cared for with courtesy and respect. We are still waiting to hear from the coroner's office but will let you know when her funeral will be. Thank you so very much! Kind regards, P, J and family.
