A lovely letter sent to Fosse House:

Dear Pauline I wanted to write to you to provide feedback on the respite care provided for me in your care home. I stayed with you between November 2014 to December 2014 after having had a triple by-pass and valve replacement operation at 88 years old. The care I received from your staff was wonderful throughout, I could not have been looked after better. They were at all times friendly, helpful and attentive. I particularly remember Fred, Ellie, Mera (from Finland) Inara and Molly. I hope I have not missed anybody out. Please thank your staff for their kindness and hard work, for which I am extremely grateful. I am sorry it has taken me so long to get around to writing this I wish you all well, & hope maybe to pop in and see you soon With huge thanks and good wishes M
