A Lovely Letter Sent to Pinewood Lodge

Pinewood Lodge received this letter from the family of a former resident. The resident unfortunately passed away during her time at Pinewood but the family wanted to thank the team there for everything they did while the she was with them, it made a real difference to both the resident and the family. The letter reads: ‘To all staff and carers at Pinewood, We would like to say thank you so much to all the carers and management staff for looking after Mum so wonderfully well over the last 4 years. My eyes (and Janet’s too) were well and truly opened over these past few years as to the incredibly difficult job you all *have* to do and we can only admire the tremendous hard work, dedication and commitment you all put into looking after all the residents. I know Mum was very grateful for everything you did for her, even though she sometimes rewarded the carers in an *** manner!
