A lovely letter of thanks to the staff at Courtland Lodge

Dear Sarah, On behalf of the family I would like to thank you and your staff for the incredible care and support provided to our Mum during her time at Courtland Lodge. In particular I would like to thank Sally and Jade who went above and beyond their duty of care to provide limitless support to Mum often in their own time. They were wonderful and we will be forever grateful. We have always wanted what was best for Mum, it was what she deserved. Since Mum has been at Courtland Lodge she has been safe and well cared for, when living independently in the community had proved difficult and dangerous for Mum. Knowing she was in your care gave us all some peace of mind. We wish the staff of Courtland Lodge a very happy and prosperous new year. Many thanks again for all you have done.
